These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Ransjitu ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the website available at ransjitu.cam and any associated services, applications, or products offered through it.

Ransjitu operates an online sports betting and live casino platform designed for adult players aged 21 and above. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on Ransjitu, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Ransjitu is strictly an adult entertainment platform and will not knowingly permit access to individuals under 21.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations on behalf of corporations, syndicates, or other entities are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a Ransjitu employee in a role that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded or suspended from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify Ransjitu immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your account security.
• You must not share your Account or login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must complete the KYC verification process before withdrawals above the minimum threshold are processed.

Ransjitu reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the Ransjitu Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is RM50 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Ransjitu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for immediate withdrawal and may be subject to a processing review.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits are communicated within the Player's account settings.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Requests requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
• Ransjitu reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This includes requesting supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.4 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals made in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT) are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Ransjitu is not liable for gains or losses arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal. Blockchain confirmation times are outside Ransjitu's control.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Ransjitu Platform across sports betting, live betting, and casino games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except where expressly permitted by a specific market rule or where a palpable error has occurred.
• Ransjitu reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error (palpable error), including odds significantly inconsistent with market prices at the time of placement.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that market, as published on the Platform.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Ransjitu reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings from live casino games are subject to standard game rules, including RTP (Return to Player) rates as published for each game. Ransjitu does not guarantee winning outcomes.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the combined bet to pay out. Void or pushed selections will be removed from the parlay and the remaining selections will be recalculated at revised odds.
• Ransjitu's decisions on all bet settlements are final. Disputes must be submitted to the support team within 7 days of the settlement date.

Ransjitu offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the registration process and, where required, passed KYC verification.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated clearly on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Ransjitu reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account and actively being wagered will remain subject to its original stated terms.
• The Refer a Friend programme is subject to separate terms. Referral bonuses are credited once the referred friend satisfies the qualifying deposit and wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotional terms.
• VIP Programme benefits, including cashback rates and monthly bonuses, are awarded at Ransjitu's discretion based on verified monthly turnover. Ransjitu reserves the right to modify tier thresholds and benefit levels with 30 days' notice to affected Players.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies, or systematic low-risk wagering solely to clear bonus requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

Ransjitu is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit games, or manipulate the Platform in any way.
• Collusion with other Players to influence the outcome of casino games or sporting event odds.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of involvement in the corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously to circumvent bonus restrictions, limits, or suspensions.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to obscure your true geographic location.

Ransjitu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification requirements.
• Suspicious financial activity or potential involvement in money laundering.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Player.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity — Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy designation.

Upon closure of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the Ransjitu support team. Voluntary closures requested as part of a responsible gambling self-exclusion may be subject to a cooling-off period during which re-registration is blocked.

All content published on the Ransjitu Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, user interface designs, logos, software, game titles, data feeds, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ransjitu or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from Ransjitu.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Platform software or application.
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any part of it on any other website or application.
• Use any Ransjitu trademark, logo, or brand mark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply association without explicit authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ransjitu expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Ransjitu shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, winnings, or business opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, failed transfers, or system outages beyond Ransjitu's direct control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's own misuse of the Platform, including failure to log out from a shared device or disclosure of login credentials.
• Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of deposit and time of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Ransjitu's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Ransjitu is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to support our Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set and may only be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum net loss they are willing to sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set reminders to notify them of elapsed session time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-excluded Players will not receive marketing communications during their exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform can be configured to display regular pop-up reminders showing time spent and net win/loss for the current session.

Ransjitu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, Ransjitu uses your personal data to:

• Operate and manage your Account, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and bets.
• Conduct KYC and AML verification checks as required by regulatory obligations.
• Provide customer support and respond to account-related queries.
• Communicate promotional offers and platform updates, subject to your marketing preferences.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited conduct.

Ransjitu will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services and meet legal obligations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ransjitu is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through Ransjitu's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and accept personal responsibility for compliance with Malaysian laws applicable to online gaming activities. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as Ransjitu providing legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

Ransjitu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email and display a notification on the Platform indicating the date on which the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.

The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects when the current version of these Terms was published. We recommend that Players periodically review this page to stay informed of any updates.
